Following our Full Warranty Policy, all Moshi products come with a standard two-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty can be extended to a 10-year global warranty upon registration of your item on our website (product registration).
Please note that this warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, or improper care of the product. For more information regarding our warranty, please click here.
Please note that cracking or breaking glass screen protectors also are not covered by our warranty.
For other products or issues, if the product fails under normal usage, please kindly contact our support team at support@moshi.com and provide us with a photo or video of the issue you are experiencing and your product's proof of purchase (e.g. a photo of the receipt, order confirmation, your Moshi.com order number).
If you have already registered your product on our website, please kindly provide us with a photo or video of the issue you are experiencing, and your registration details (e.g. registration ID or email used to register your product). To speed up the process, please also include in your email the country where you are located, your shipping address, and your contact phone number for the delivery.
