Standard Warranty
Since 2020, all Moshi products are covered by a two-year limited warranty from the date of purchase upon presentation of a valid invoice or proof of purchase (such as online shipping records or receipts).
At Moshi, we strive to create products that exceed expectations, using premium materials and high manufacturing standards. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
If your product fails under normal usage, please contact Customer Support at support@moshi.com. Be sure to include a photo or video showing the issue, along with your registration details and proof of purchase. Replacement requests cannot be processed without this information. Moshi will determine at its sole discretion whether a product failure qualifies as a defect under normal use.
For all in-warranty claims, Moshi may request the return of the product to one of our international service centers for inspection. Please note: Moshi does not cover any shipping costs for returning the product. Our Customer Support team will assist with the region-specific shipping arrangements.
Extended Warranty
Depending on the product category, Moshi offers an extended warranty program that could be beyond the standard two-year period, with a maximum coverage of up to 10 years. The exact extended warranty period varies by product and is indicated on the product’s packaging or webpage.
To qualify for extended warranty coverage, the product must be registered within the standard two-year warranty period from the date of purchase via moshi.com/register. If a product’s standard warranty period has expired, it cannot be extended.
Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email from support@moshi.com. The extended warranty follows the same rules, restrictions, and disclaimers as the standard warranty.
Warranty Exclusions
This limited warranty does not cover:
Accidental damage, including drops, spills, impacts, or other user-caused issues.
Cosmetic or minor surface damage such as scratches, dents, discoloration, or fading that do not affect functionality.
Normal wear and tear that occurs over time with regular use.
Loss, theft, or confiscation due to customs, import/export policies, or security checks (considered force majeure events).
Consequential or incidental damages caused by misuse or other indirect causes.
Limited edition or collaboration products, which are excluded from standard warranty coverage. Please contact Customer Support for related after-sales assistance.
Products sold for resale, promotional use, or designated for specific stores.
Samples, gifts, or products provided through special exceptions, which are not eligible for warranty claims.
Warranty claims also become void if the product has been tampered with in any way.
This limited warranty extends only to the original Moshi product and does not apply to any non-Moshi products or devices. Moshi shall not be liable for any damage to or loss of use of third-party products, devices, software, or data.
Discontinued or Unavailable Products
If your product is discontinued or no longer available, Moshi may, at its sole discretion, offer an alternative replacement product available on www.moshi.com that is equal to or below the value of the original item.
Shipping and Replacement Handling
All international replacement orders are shipped from our global facilities in Taiwan. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, taxes, and import duties, including costs associated with returning the defective product and receiving the replacement. Our Customer Support team will assist with the region-specific shipping arrangements.
Warranty Eligibility
This warranty applies only to direct purchasers or end users of Moshi products. Only items sold by authorized Moshi resellers are eligible for warranty coverage.

All warranty claims are subject to Moshi’s review and approval. Moshi reserves the right to determine whether the product issue falls under warranty coverage based on submitted documentation and product condition. All determinations are final.
Product Design Updates
Moshi reserves the right to revise or update product designs without prior notice and without any obligation to apply those changes retroactively to previously sold products.
