Two-year Warranty on All Moshi Products
At Moshi, we strive to make products that surpass your expectations. Part of our commitment to make this happen is to use the finest materials and components known by us and adhere to rigorous manufacturing standards. All Moshi products come with a standard two-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty can be extended upon registration of your item on our website here: moshi.com/register
Should your product fail under normal usage, please contact Customer Support at support@moshi.com. Be sure to include a photo or video showing the product issue, along with your registration details or proof of purchase. Replacement requests would not be processed without either product registration or other proof of purchase. For all in-warranty claims, we will request a return of the product to one of our international Service Centers for inspection, before a replacement is sent out. Please note that Moshi does not cover any shipping costs for returning the product back to our facilities.
After inspection and confirmation of the defect in material/workmanship of the product, Moshi will at no cost provide a replacement in the same model as your original purchase. Should your item be discontinued or no longer available for another reason, Moshi will offer a replacement of a comparable product or store credit for the full value of the product, to be used in our web store www.moshi.com.
Kindly note that warranty claims become void if the product is tampered with in any way. Moshi also reserves the right to revise or update the product design without the obligation of any previous notice.
This warranty does not cover loss, theft, or any incidental/consequential damages caused by using the product. The warranty covers the Moshi item only and provides you with specific legal rights. Moshi will not be held liable for any other form of warranty or policies provided by resellers or other 3rd parties.
Only those items sold by authorized Moshi resellers are eligible for warranty coverage. Please note that for products purchased through the Amazon.com online marketplace, our Official Moshi Store is the sole authorized reseller of Moshi products on Amazon.com. 10-Year Warranty Via Product Registration
You may extend your warranty coverage beyond two years via product registration. All Moshi products are eligible for 10-year warranty coverage from the purchase date when you register your product at moshi.com/register.
Your 10-year warranty coverage is confirmed upon the receipt of an email from support@moshi.com saying "Thank you for registering." The 10-year warranty for products encompasses the same rules, restrictions, and disclaimers as provided in our standard two-year warranty section, above.
