Can I register a product without the serial and authentication number?
The serial and authentication numbers, located in the product packaging or on the warranty card included in the product packaging, are required in order to register any product. Without these required numbers, a product, unfortunately, cannot be registered.
Are warranty replacements covered under warranty?
Yes! Rest assured that your warranty replacement is covered under the warranty period of your original product.
Do I have to register my warranty replacement?
There is no need to register a replacement received as it falls under the original warranty of your original product. The information of a replacement product registered is not valid and cannot be used to make a warranty claim.
Rest assured our team will be using the original product registration or proof of purchase of your original product when the warranty claim for a replacement product is made.
Do warranty replacements extend the warranty period of a product?
Warranty replacements do not extend the warranty period of a product. Kindly note that replacement products do not reextend the original warranty period of a product and the original warranty period is used whenever a warranty claim is made.
Are sample products covered under warranty?
Products provided as a sample or as a gift through special exceptions are not covered under warranty and are not eligible for warranty claims.
