Browser Issue
Please clear the cache and cookies on your web browser, restart the browser and try placing the order again, it should go through without any issues.
We recommend for customers to complete their order on either Google Chrome or Safari. If you are trying to place an order using a smartphone or tablet, please try to place an order using a computer as this might help resolve the issue experienced.
PO Box in Billing Address
If you enter a PO Box address in the billing information, you may not be able to successfully complete your order.
Most banks require a physical address on file for cardholders, even though the bill may actually be sent to a PO Box address. For verification purposes, please input your physical address in the billing information rather than the PO Box address.
Alternatively please try to change the format of this information. Instead of PO Box 123, try using Box 123 or 123 PO Box.
*Note: We do not ship PO Boxes, a physical address must be used for the shipping address.
AVS Mismatch Error
Should this error occur, either the address or the zip code that is on file with your credit card issuing financial institution does not match what was entered on our website. To resolve this please ensure that the information you entered matches what is (or should be) on record with them. Our system only checks against these records according to the merchant services provider. We suggest reaching out to your financial institution to verify your billing information.
