While our adapter supports up to 4K/60Hz, please note that not all USB-C computers support this resolution/refresh rate. For example, MacBook 12 only supports up to 4K/30Hz, regardless of the adapter used.
I'm using your USB-C to HDMI adapter that supports 4K/60Hz, but I only get 4K/30Hz.
