Why doesn't my USB-C phone work with Mythro C/Avanti C?

As a Made for Google member, Moshi is working closely with Google to make sure that Moshi's USB-C audio products are operational with most Android phones that have only one USB-C port.

Based on the USB-IF standard, please double-check the spec requirements for Moshi's USB-C audio products below:

1. Please make sure the USB-C port on your device supports USB digital audio output. Without the digital audio output function, our Mythro C/Avanti C will not work.

2. If your Android phone has a 3.5 mm headphone jack and USB-C port, this might cause some compatibility issues because the USB-C port would not be a full-functioning USB-C port. (ex: It only supports charge/sync but doesn't support digital audio output).
