How do I register my Moshi product?

To register your product, please visit our website register.moshi.com, and enter the Serial Number and Authentication Number (located under the Moshi authentication sticker on the back of your Moshi product's packaging or on the Warranty Card inside the product's packaging).

After you have successfully entered these two numbers, you might be asked to enter the Moshi P/N (part number). The P/N begins with 99MOxxxxxx and is located on the upper right of the bar code on the back of your product's packaging. A drop-down list will appear as you begin to type, click on your product to add its information.

*Once you start typing the P/N (99MOxxxxxx), you can select the product from the drop-down list for the product number to be automatically completed.

After successful registration, you will receive an email with your product's registration information. You can keep this information handy in the event of any issues with your product.
