What happens to products that I’ve already registered with Moshi?
Products that you have previously registered with Moshi will remain registered.
What happens to my remaining Moshi points/store credits?
All Moshi points and store credits will continue to be valid/usable at any of our retail locations and on our new website. We will also be upgrading our membership program in order to better reward our customers for their purchases.
What happens to my current Moshi account? Do I need to sign up for a new one?
Your Moshi account and login details will stay active and unchanged unless you previously signed in using Facebook or Google authentication. If you previously used Google or Facebook, you should enter the email address used for your Google or Facebook account, and then click the link to reset your password. After resetting your password, you will be able to access your existing account.
Why can’t I sign in to moshi.com through my Facebook or Google account anymore?
We are continuing to adjust and refine our integrations and hope to allow Facebook and Google logins in the near future. For now, log in with your email, reset your password, and you’re good to go.
